Profit Share Split: 77% / 23%

EMR: ACCURO 

Clinic hours, calls?: Standard 6-8 hour shift, flexible 

Team: Multidisciplinary, Allied Health, Manager, MOA,  

GP, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Esthetics, Cardiology, Manager, Billing Clerk 

Patient panel: 30% walk in, 70% family practice  

PCN: Up to Physician to Join any PCN they please, we are affiliated the Mosaic PCN  

Support services: IT Support, Admin Support, Billing Support

Near transit: Within 10 minutes to LRT and other transit  

Signing bonus 

$5k for 1 year contract, can increase depending on length of contract
