Apex Medical Clinic is located in NE calgary in Falconridge area. Its a medical facility providing family medicine, walk-in clinic, CDM services. We are Open 365 Days a year with 0 off day including all long weekends / holidays.

We offer minor office based procedures including managing laceration wounds. We intend to provide 24 hour access to our patients with one physicians always available to patients by cell phone. We are part of MOSAIC PCN. We strictly will follow Medical Home Model.

With Recent change in affordability in ON and BC, we have seen huge number of new patient move into this quadrant. Non of the physicians in these communities is accepting new patient's.

We have one physician relocated, and about 3-4 physicians recently retired in surrounding clinics. We request approval for four full-time physicians to support the increased needs of these

communities and reduce ER wait time.
